Social Media Uploader provides tools for account-based social publishing workflows, including YouTube channel connection, upload scheduling, background processing, status tracking, and analytics-related views where available.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that your uploaded content is accurate and lawful, and confirming that you have all rights and permissions needed to publish content through connected accounts.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Social Media Uploader to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or spam content. You must comply with all applicable laws, YouTube policies, Google API terms, and platform rules that apply to your connected accounts and published content.
Third-Party Services
Social Media Uploader integrates with services such as Google and YouTube. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, policies, account rules, API limits, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy decisions.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, violates third-party platform rules, or is required to be restricted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Social Media Uploader is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, upload failures, platform restrictions, or service interruptions.
